WhartonBC supported SAGA with a cultural diagnostic and speak up survey to inform the next steps in the definition of their target culture.
Wharton BC helped us gain some really important and valuable insights and diagnostics, then worked proactively alongside us to develop hypotheses and actions to further strengthen our speak up culture. They added real value and were great to work with.

As part of a bold transformation strategy, the regulatory agenda and an ambition to reset the corporate culture WhartonBC supported SAGA with a cultural diagnostic and speak up survey to inform the next steps in the definition of their target culture.
Using The Right Conversations’ Speak Up index, we assessed individuals’ propensity to speak and listen up, and what prevents them from doing so, providing insight and benchmarking for the findings.
To strengthen the findings we assessed existing diagnostic data and created a series of cultural hypotheses which were tested and refined with individuals from across the organisation through workshops and interviews.
From this analysis we identified a number of interventions required to address behavioural issues and create a speak up culture, informing the definition of the desired Leadership Behaviours.
