We designed and delivered a two day offsite for Volkswagen Group Commercial Services (GCS) focused on identifying the 2019 priorities and ways of working to support the relaunch of the GCS identity

To do this we:
Created a highly engaging session focused on a mix of theory and practical exercises to drive greater alignment and build a sense of team identity
Used an iterative approach to evolve the content with input from the Sponsor and ensured it was fit for purpose
Shared real life examples from our culture change expertise to support the team in identifying appropriate actions to deliver the desired results
Focused on building the confidence of the team to lead through change
