To do this, we:
Defined the Mandate, Service Offering & associated Target Operating Model for the HC function
Conducted a Process Maturity Assessment across the HC service catalogue with associated recommendations to strengthen maturity
Created a new HC Organisation Design, including a suite of global Job Descriptions
Upskilled the HRD in the fundamentals of OD & change
Created a detailed Implementation and Change Plan to drive the next stage of the HC operating model
