To support the modernisation agenda, we:
- Defined the Transformation Plan for the Enterprise segment in line with the Vision, and led alignment with the other segment leads
- Co-created the Target Operating Model for the Enterprise segment including:
- Mandate and Outcomes
- High level Organisation Design
- Partnered with the Enterprise Directors to design the Service Portfolios, supporting Services and Overview of Products within each Service
- Tested and strengthened the initial Design Principles to ensure alignment behind the drivers and principles of the design
- Supported the implementation of OrgVue technology to inform the organisation design
- Analysed the Enterprise culture and developed a Change Plan to identify initiatives to drive new ways of working across the segment
- Led the data analysis across the transformation to inform EWC consultation
