Re-defined core elements of the Operating Model
Defined the Service Delivery Framework
Created a common understanding of Digital’s Mandate
Identified the Transformation Journey and clarification of the key enablers
Designed and facilitated a series of workshops to bring together stakeholders and align agreement to a common Organisation Design
