Design and delivery of a consulting fundamentals training programme with client facing teams.
WBC were fantastic, they really listened to our needs and designed a very cohesive and engaging programme, this has embedded well with staff and continues to live on through self-facilitated peer learning groups, which allow staff to continue to use the skills they learned to help manage their work on a day to day basis.
Kevin Ronan- Chief Operating Officer
Profusion engaged Wharton Consulting to design and deliver a consulting fundamentals training programme with our client facing teams. This was important for Profusion, as a growing SME, have a number of new and less experienced staff that have a lot of day to day contact with clients and stakeholders. Profusion wanted to give them the knowledge and confidence to be able to successfully manage important stakeholder and client conversations, as well as developing their commercial and problem solving skills.
We asked Kevin Ronan, Chief Operating Officer at Profusion, about his experience working with WBC:
‘It felt like a real partnership, WBC really spent time understanding Profusion and adapting things as the programme was rolled out to ensure the training met the needs of our team.’
‘I would absolutely recommend WBC to other organisations looking for help in capability development. The team, in particular Sarah, were fantastic to deal with and I can highly recommend them for their knowledge and professionalism’
‘I honestly can not think of anything I would have changed about the work undertaken, WBC gave us everything we needed before during and after to deliver and successful programme and ensure that the knowledge and learning was embedded and continues after the training was delivered.’
