As part of a global transformation, this client wanted to define the best possible future organisation design for the Business to Consumer (B2C) function and determine the key transition steps required to achieve it

To do this, we:
Analysed the current Organisation Design and identified the challenges to address;
Defined the future B2C Scope and a Map of the Organisational Capabilities required to deliver it;
Defined the ‘To-Be’ B2C OD – capabilities, roles, report lines, FTE – for both the near term and future;
Designed Interfaces and Ways of Working for the new organisation including accountabilities;
Created a Transition Plan from the current state organisation to the proposed future state.
