We supported a number of projects to enable their transformation including:
- Conducting an As-Is TA Lifecycle Review to capture pain points and identify opportunities for improvement. Including providing informed recommendations on how to improve the candidate and new hire experience, alongside guidance on how to create greater operational efficiencies across the TA and HR teams;
- Delivering a Global Pre-Employment Screening (PES) process improvement to manage risk and improve candidate perception & experience. Including conducting a market gap assessment, providing key recommendations to strengthen the PES process and minimum standard, designing and running a pilot of the proposed changes and new PES operating model, and planning the rollout to a further 86 markets;
- Delivering a Global TA Ecosystem Enhancement project to increase adoption levels and usability of the TA ecosystem technology by developing, refining and managing a series of enhancements, providing solution architecture services, presenting at senior leadership meetings, delivering change and communications activities to support the implementation.
