COVID-19: Top Tips for Developing Resilience

Picture of a cup

The videos below form part of our series of clinics on developing resilience:

We have seen organisations go from standing still to 100mph in the last week, with people and teams being paralysed by all the noise created at work and home. In our first video we collaborate with Helen Cowan (Founder of The Tall Wall Executive Coaching) to share tips on how leaders and line managers can build emotional preparedness alongside logistical preparedness in their teams for the journey ahead.

In our second video we team up with Double Olympic Gold Medallist Alex Gregory to share more detailed top tips on developing resilience with a special focus on times of crisis and isolation.

The full edit with more of Alex’s story and top tips is available on our YouTube channel

Developing physical resilience and wellbeing has never been more important, but are we putting too much pressure on ourselves? In our third SME clinic we team up with experts from 38DegreesNorth (Fitness & Wellbeing Coaches), The Nourished Body (Nutritionist) and TOPS Health (Physiotherapist) to hear their guidance on arming ourselves with physical resilience.
