Created a strong organisational identity for a real estate company

Summary

A Pan-European real estate business was operating in silo’s with fragmented ways of working, limited cross functional collaboration, and no clear sense of identity resulting in their employee engagement scores declining. This was due to a period of rapid growth in the business where the culture had not matured at the same pace, so legacy ways of working were hindering progress and not allowing them to be future focussed.

Our work led to three key outcomes:

  1. The creation of a clear and concise culture framework with language that resonates, connecting the strategy with the purpose, mission, values and behaviours.
  2. Increased awareness and engagement among leaders, managers, and employees about refreshed values and their alignment with strategic priorities.
  3. A culture embedding roadmap for integrating the framework into essential activities, starting with performance management focussing on both what employees do and how they do it.

I’ve been truly inspired by the WBC team’s knowledge, engaging style, and the innovative ideas they’ve brought into the organisation. Without you, we wouldn’t be where we are today, so thank you. I also appreciate how you subtly and insightfully suggest different ways of thinking – it’s always spot on!
