John Higgins

John is an independent researcher, author, coach and consultant who works intimately with established and aspiring leaders – encouraging them to find ways of marrying their personal and professional contexts.

John works with Wharton Business Consulting to provide professional insights to cross-industry issues around speaking-up, power, leadership and team dynamics and their interplay with organisational culture.

John has recently been published in the Harvard Business Review, Dialogue Review and European Business Review around the themes of ‘speaking truth to power’ and team resilience. He has researched and written widely with the faculty and students of the Ashridge Doctorate and Masters in Organisational Change. His latest book about speaking truth to power, co-authored with Professor Megan Reitz, was published in 2019.
