Liz brings over 10 years consulting experience to the WhartonBC team, and she has depth and breadth of skills in Behavioural and Culture Change, Operating Models and Capability Development.

Liz comes from a Big 5 background, where she has led on culture and behavioural change for Global Banks, as well as delivering culture measurement and client change management across people, HR and IT functions. Liz loves to help clients manage change for lasting effect, and understands the people challenges to be overcome along the way.
