She supports the organisation through a collaborative, outcome focused approach, building engagement, ensuring timely communication and addressing reasons for resistance to change.
Lotte enjoys supporting the development of others and is currently working towards an professional coaching qualification, using her practice hours to help her clients and colleagues explore their development goals and identify next steps to achieve their potential. In her spare time Lotte sings in a choir and at the weekend enjoys spending time outdoors, ideally on a dog walk.
