Megan is Professor of Leadership and Dialogue at Ashridge Executive Education, Hult Business School. She is also Founder of Reitz Consulting. As a result of her extensive research and speaking work, Megan is ranked as one of HR Magazine’s Most Influential Thinkers. She is also listed on the Thinkers50 radar of global management thinkers.
Megan specialises in leadership, dialogue, mindfulness, culture, change, coaching and team effectiveness, and she inspires new ways of thinking for leaders and academics alike. Her published experience and knowledge includes: ‘Mind Time’, ‘Dialogue in Organizations’ and ‘Speak Up: Say what needs to be said and hear what needs to be heard’. This last title for Financial Times Publishing is shortlisted for CMI Management Book of the Year 2020.
Her research focuses on mindful leadership, and facilitating ‘speaking truth to power’ in organisations.
