Undertook a critical review of existing engagement data and amalgamated insight from across a range of recent surveys and focus groups
Developed a bespoke ‘hierarchy of needs’ to identify what mattered to the client’s employees
Developed a ‘hotspot’ analysis to prioritise areas for focus that considered location, grade and function to provide a holistic yet tailored assessment of areas to invest in
Critically reviewed existing communication channels, additional change activity and made recommendations for how best to engage employees going forwards, including key messages and capability building requirements
