To support these objectives, we:
- Undertook a critical review of existing engagement data and amalgamated insight from across a range of recent surveys and focus groups
- Developed a bespoke ‘hierarchy of needs’ to identify what mattered to the client’s employees
- Developed a ‘hotspot’ analysis to prioritise areas for focus that considered location, grade and function to provide a holistic yet tailored assessment of areas to invest in
- Critically reviewed existing communication channels, additional change activity and made recommendations for how best to engage employees going forwards, including key messages and capability building requirements
